Training & Consultation Services

FEDUP offers training and consultation services to a variety of organizations in the healthcare field that are seeking to integrate more affirming and inclusive practices. These services cater directly to each organization and teams needs, knowledge and resources.

Consultation Work

Consultation services involve direct work with the organization or provider to understand their processes, documentation and approach. FEDUP then provides a catered recommendation to improve access and representation in their work. This work can include, but is not limited to, the following formats:

  • reviewing paperwork,

  • assessing treatment plans and approaches,

  • editing work on blogs and articles,

  • providing guidelines for sex and gender inclusive care within a particular treatment setting,

  • doing follow-ups and reviews on success after the implementation of recommendations, and

  • doing one-on-one meetings with the organization interested to further develop and brainstorm their structure, and any part of their work for which they want consultation.

Hybrid: This work can be done virtually, or in person, depending on location.

We can provide certificates upon request to organizations that we have worked with to demonstrate that the consultation or training was done.

Cost: This work is charged at $100/ hour, an estimate will be confirmed before performing the work, and not be gone over without the authorization of the client.
